Biography
Huda Abdul Jaleel is a Research Student at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Berhampur, where she is working on molecular and structural biology. She is focused on the structure-related study of protein-protein interactions as part of her master’s dissertation under the guidance of Dr. Shanti Swaroop Srivastava.
In addition to her current academic endeavors, Huda has worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, contributing to projects involving cloning, protein expression, and purification. She has developed proficiency in various software tools like PyMOL, AlphaFold, BLAST, and ChimeraX.
